Very nice job on a complex fuselage. The lack of internal formers makes it all the more impressive.
Re: glues. Check out Lineco. It's a purer form of PVA adhesive with a neutral pH. A bit thicker than Elmer's, but still easy to work with. Used it on every model I've built for the last decade or more. You can usually find it at art-supply stores.
