Welcome to the site.
Go to your album that you have previously created.
At the upper right will be a link that reads Upload Photos.
Click on that to get to the upload page.
You can then browse your computer to choose a photo to upload by clicking on the Browse button then navigating to the location on your computer where the photo is and choosing it.
You have options to include a title and/or a description.
You then click the Upload/Submit button.
