Today I went to that store. Unfortunately, I haven't found the paint but owner(also modeler) told me to look for
Vallejo Model Color 70.838. It was only matching color on charts. I have to order it online. It's Thursday so I would probably get my paint on Monday or Tuesday...

There's only one modelling store in Olsztyn(Allenstein), located in downtown. I don't know how it is in the other cities or towns.
