Back Story
I drew the cartoon of Bernie after Dave Winfield hinted that Bernie should bring a build of Dave's 1/16 scale model of the Centurion tank to the International Paper Modelers' Convention in Sterling, Virginia, USA, and Bernie noted that he was flying in from Scotland so it might be difficult. The cartoon suggested a solution.
