Hello all!
Excuse me for long absence; it hasn't been a voluntary one.
I retook my building of the Heinkel in mid July after a short vacation period, not going to the attachment of the upper wing but to the assembly the undercarriage (which it is still unfinished); then my elder son came home to spend some holidays, and brought along his 20kg Doberman “cub” and I had to store away all the stuff in my working desk to avoid accidents.
But one day, while walking out my son’s dog, I was caught unawares but one of his sudden bursts to run and my sciatic nerve snapped when I tried to hold him back, sending me to hospital in terrible pain.
After a whole fortnight lying in a hospital bed and another week slowly recovering at home I’m still not in the mood for anything; the Heinkel is still number one in my building list, but it may take several weeks before I retake work on it.
