This could be really great!
I might suggest something though. I think there's a small stage missing between "intro" and "building" (which some might consider the most fun.) Research!
I guess it all depends on how crazy one wants to get with all this, but here goes. The following is only a suggestion -- this is your book.
Research:
- has anyone already built a paper model of it?
- a model exists, but what will your version contribute?
- level of detail (who is this model for?)
- drawn detail vs physical detail
- coloration and shading
- identify different versions of your subject
- company's first prototype
- first released version
- later revisions
- which one should you build?
- images
- sources (manufacturer, client company, social media accounts)
- undistorting images
- color correction (white balance)
- plan views (front, side, top, etc.)
- small details
- videos
- youtube, vimeo, etc. (both official and fan accounts)
- still frame capture
- undistorting still frames
- company sell sheets and other materials (pdf)
- plan views
- scale information
- logos
- colors
- color correction (white balance)
- color systems for designers (Pantone, RAL, Federal Standard, etc.)
- textures
- knowing when to stop your research!
I might also suggest the addition of "hair clips" to the "Advanced tools" category.
There's also the matter of licensing for the paper model -- like Creative Commons.
Anyway, you're off to a good start!
Cheers!
