@ Falco - the structure, before gluing the skin, is quite flexible in torsion. But it serves well to fix the skin shape and the landing gear.

The pictures show several wing assemblies – landing gear compartments, ailerons and landing gear legs. The black and white undersurfaces are full of printed detail. Just look at the ailerons to see how much drawing and painting work is done on these kits. I find it stunning!
