Thanks for the interest! The contrast with the 1926 Lexington will be very interesting to see. The instruction images for this model are a bit sparse, don't know if that's the same for the Lexington.
I will be building her with 35 Grumman Hellcats on deck, so that should look good.
I'm catching up a bit here - here is the flight deck. I have built the hangar to make the structure sturdier, but I will build her with a smooth, level deck.
