Someone gave the correct answer.
This level of detail should indicate that this model will be anything but simple, or easy to assemble.
It's big, complex, it has an awful lot of parts, and to make the model modular (able to assemble/disassemble) I am even considering making all the
little bolts that keep the thing together, out of wood and paper.........
This will be a paper nightmare, not a paper model }-) . Cardboard model, actually. A model of this size is too big for flimsy paper.
However........ I still need an awful lot of info. I would like to add way more parts and detail, but I just can't find anything more than I already have.
I emailed the museum, but weeks go by without any response......
The deadline : March 3, 2019, to celebrate its 60th year since its launch.
Some months ago I was working on the old version, making a better one. I soon realized I could make one in scale 1:1, since I found lots of pictures I
never saw before. I also saw that someone else had made one in scale 1:1, but that one was so bad (with all due respect) it challenged me to make a
better one.
I'll let you all decide whether I succeeded or not.
