Butelczynski -
No. 2 Squadron, SAAF, replaced their F-51 Mustangs with Sabrejets in February 1953. They operated in the ground attack role and lost four F-86s to hostile fire before the end of the Korean War.
Kacper's SAAF model is in the markings of one of the aircraft flown by No. 2 Squadron during the Korean War.
