A group of us from the U.S. Army War College are going to see the film on 27 December. We recently showed Journey's End as part of our Strategic Art Film Program. A powerful film that ends with the complete obliteration by the opening barrage of the German Spring 1918 offensive of the trenches where the action of the film had taken place.
