BTW, Kevin WS mentioned “golden caster sugar” which is a type of sugar almost unknown in the USA. I had to buy “Domino Quick Dissolving Superfine” white sugar, equivalent to white caster sugar, from a specialty cake baking supply company when I needed caster sugar for a recipe. “Granulated sugar” and “powdered sugar” are common in the USA, but neither is equivalent to caster sugar.
