Continuing with the nose assembly, I now attached the side tabs.
and the front nose sections attached to the cockpit nose section
to complete the front fuselage assembly.
All went together nicely,
all the graphics lined up nicely
but the thin paper is easy to wrinkle and distort.
The internal formers actually made this more difficult! lol
Although I'm sure they will be important at a larger scale.
Heres the underside of the nose assembly
and you can see how I have fitted the wheel well opening door in place.
Because of the smaller scale, I don't plan on building the Gear
so I cut out the section for the gear door and glued it to a larger piece of paper
and mounted it from the inside.
I recommend colouring edges a little better
...because of the thin paper and ink bleed, I have opted to avoid the edge colouring.
