This will probably sound funny but this flat white part was the most difficult thing to make so far! For a long time I couldn't find the shape of it. The major problem with 1944 Maryland is that it's like a combination of Maryland from Pearl Harbor period & 1945 Maryland. And there are no blueprints or drawings from that time. I have to use those from 1941 & 1945. And obviously pictures are the most helpful thing...
