Continue building on vertical stabilizer. Part 14, 15 and 16. Combine all together to be a vertical stabilizer.
Score on mark what provide in each part. Glue strip into part 14 and 15, put all together after glue dry.
I have some technic to easy assemble a vertical stabilizer. I always glue only one side to a fuselage. Align it then glue another side to a fuselage after glue dry. Attach picture will guide you.
