Humble acolyte has completed the horizontal tail surfaces and fairings (Parts 17, 18, 19, and 20), burnishing a reverse curve into the main fairings before attaching them.
I had hoped to accomplish more today, but spent most of the day either in class or communicating with students about essay topics (today, the Germany First decision, the Japanese decisions that led to the Battle of Midway and the occupation of Kiska and Attu, and the U.S. decision to bypass Japanese forces at Hansa Bay and Wewak and to land at Hollandia and Aitape).
It is my plan to complete the canopy and exhaust assemblies tomorrow morning and thus catch up with Nobi.
