All, here's a quick update. After some twists and turns, we are locked in for the 2019 International Paper Modelers' Convention on 25-26 October at our usual location in Sterling, Virginia. If you're on my contact list you should have received an email from me with the registration form and tentative schedule, and we'll get those uploaded here on the forum shortly (thanks, Rick!).
Last year there were some issues with getting hotel rooms at the conference rate. We've blocked additional rooms this year, and I'll be monitoring the situation. If you have any problems getting the conference rate, please send me an IM or an email (pansoff [at] pobox.com). The hotel has been very responsive about this, and I'm pretty sure they'll be able to accommodate everyone. The special URL for IPMC reservations is on the registration form.
