Well, of course your model is very well done.
The information that I have over the Brabazon comes from a british magazine published around the 60s, that I have stored in a box, and can't remember the name. But it's very detailed and specifies that the builder wanted to fly the plane without fairings/counterweights, but the goverment comitee feared the high pressure in the hidraulic lines and wanted a fully manual backup. That's why the weights appear/disappear/resize in each picture. If I can find the magazine, I'll scan the pages that I'm referring
