When I was young I used to make me F1 cars out of paper, but never the way of today´s papercrafts - I never had painted parts to cut out. I always painted my models afterwards. (So from beginning they were not so nice, painted by colour markers and later they were like plastic models, where I have used enamels and decals.) But they were done always just in one piece.
Now I am doing it for another people, so that´s why I use 3d software, so as I could prepare everything in computer with cca good accuracy.
