In general to join fuselage sections I use the traditional system of separate tabs.
In this case I had to improvise on the fly.
When introducing the cabin inside the outer deck the coupling was perfect and well tight.
Then I checked that if I used the double former joining system, I would not be able to achieve the union I wanted.
As I could not remove the outer cover of the cabin I was introducing these strips patiently between both skins, which is not easy.As the 3 rings of the do not reach the centimeter front choose to leave the long strips to take all 3 together.
And the result is very good, achieve very smooth joints.
On the engine hood I will use the same system, if it is simple, they are only paper strips inside.
When building the hood I will describe the process well, in itself simple although it requires some extra time.
