I'm glad to see the Mitsubishi F1M Type 0 Observation Seaplane appear, Bruno.

3123, F1M2 Tail Number 212-02 is from the Battleship Yamato floatplane detachment from August 1944 to April 1945, but I am unable to identify the CIH tail code (and for some reason, can't access the Wings Palette entry for the F1M. Can you tell me what the unit is?

That's a famous "Pete," Jose Luis! Worth a future re-color. According to the late Henry Sakaida, Warrant Officer Katsuki Kiyomi was one of only two aces who downed adversary aircraft while flying floatplanes. In addition to shooting down a Dutch PBY on 11 January 1942 and crashing into and destroying a B-17 while flying Y1-23 from seaplane tender Chitose on 4 October 1942, he was credited with downing a B-25 and two B-24s while flying an A6M2-N, and another B-24 while flying a Kawanishi N1K. He then converted to the Zero. He was credited with 16 downed aircraft, seven while he was flying floatplanes.
