The CCCP meeting this week was without modeling. We gathered to celebrate the time of the Farrapos War, an important civil war in the history of my state that broke out in the first half of the 19th century, which sought to separate Rio Grande do Sul from the then Empire of Brazil. At this time of year the traditions of the state are celebrated among them the barbecue.
The CCCP's Barbecue is made up of the filet mignon, Rib of Sheep, empty of rib (back piece above rib), pork sausage, and sausage cut from the leading knife, all watered with beer (which in Brazil is served always cold, even in winter).
