My technique was not to pre glue the frame to the wing section, but rather glue it all while being assembled to the fuselage. This way I could move it back and forth to match the fuselage mating area.



Here it is. Not a bad fit so far.

Note:
Some builders preferred to attach the wings to the fuselage with the twin booms and wings all assembled as one unit. I personally will find it a bit difficult because the wings and boom structure are too large and will be difficult to maneuver for final gluing. However, if you want to transport the model, this is a logical attachment point using screws.
