I have the utmost admiration and respect for anyone who tries the art of designing paper models. I have thought about trying a design once in a while but I derive my pleasure from building models...even if I become frustrated from time to time and my builds are certainly less than I plan in my head when I start.
All this to say: practice and patience and do what you truly want to do!
