There are countess hours of pre and wartime footage made by IJN,JAAF and other Japanese outlets on YT,Unfortunately they are on mostly Japanese,Chinese and Thai language sites so search isn't showing it.Some of it is really interesting like jap equivalent of ger Wochenschau film chronicle .
