Thanks for your comments. The Hunter is a very good looking airplane. It has graceful lines and compliments its function as a front line fighter plane in the 1950's and early 60's.
I got to see a few versions in the UK as well as Singapore and Israel.
As a modeler, I built a paper version of it as a kid as well as a few plastic models.
Regarding this specific WAK model, it is deceptively complicated. You would think that a round fuselage should go together well, however, trying to fit and glue the side air inlets, the thin strips of lips, the landing gear bays and the outer wings is like a Rubic cube. I concentrated on getting the best fit on top and making corrections on the bottom. In the end, it came out OK ( not great ). I suppose that the variability is directly proportional to the technique you choose to built it to.
