High res PDF files of the Lysander do no exist, Maly has never released their kits in this manner.
Any other format other than a printed booklet is considered a pirated copy, full of errors, shifted colors and lines.
Your best bet is to find a copy of the booklet on eBay, some of the Polish paper model vendor sites, or be patient and see if someone would offer a copy of the booklet for sale
