shadow hobby circle cutter
I'm hoping beyond hope that someone can throw me a bone out there. I purchased the shadow hobby circle cutter and have been "practising" for awhile, but I am having no luck.
Cutting a circle is one thing, but I am looking at cutting a precircle from a kit and I am having no luck at all.
So I throw in the towel and ask for any hints/tricks/tips.
