Me too, I love how you've used the 3D printer to do those guards, I recently bought one and never would have thought of doing something like that. I'm also going to try and find that tool you use to make the rivets as I use laser cut rivets a lot and am spending a small fortune on them.

For you rivets try to get the medical needle of the size that you need for them ,cut it off and use small drill to make the needle a punch ,than you can punch as many rivets as you need
