Am very interested in your build Fred, as mine is waiting for me at home, so I will now not be left wondering about the tabs issue.
Your method of explaining the process and the challenges is great too, as opposed to just showing pics of sub-assemblies.
Am curious about the lasercut frames - what thickness do you reckon they are?
They look like thin hardboard but are they card?
