Just a few details to finish the P-38.
For me, assembling a model has the following stages:
1) Let's see how to assemble this without leaving anything out
2) Ok, which parts must I put now?
3) Just a few parts remain!
4) Where the h$·% is this part?
5) Just a touch of paint and ready!
Right now I'm in stage 3, and seems that I'm going to skip stage 4.
Anyway, the landing gear doors are made, the compressor turbines are made, the supercharger air intakes are made, and the pitot (just one under the left wing) is placed. The bomb supports are placed (the left one has a camera, you can see it like a paper rectangle still unpainted) and part of the lettering is placed.
There are two bombs, one antena, two propellers, two decals and some paint and lettering nedded to finish the plane. And there is a very happy modeler!
