Looks to be the 1966 Batmobile designed by Claudio Dias available on his website at
paperinside.com - FREE Paper Models 1966 Batmobile. An excellent looking model indeed.

Edit: Looking at the parts sheet, it doesn't say CLAVOID on the bottom - it says CLAUDIO. Tough to tell because of the stylized letters unless you already know what it says. :P
