Thanks, Gene. The paper I use is the Kodak photoprints 4x6 inches per piece. I rescale the templates into the scale that I want and cut and paste them using Photoshop on to 4x6 inches formats, 10 pieces of paper (photos) in my case, and have them printed out as photos in a print shop. The outcome is excellent, you've got the finest details that you can't get from a inkjet printer and glossy surface with a protective layer, far better than from a laser printer. The "photos" are then laminated on normal or thicker A4 paper, depending on your preference and need, before building.
