Obviously, I haven't even gotten a start on this one yet.:o:o:o Summer/real life/stuff have gotten in the way a bit, but seeing activity in this thread with nothing happening is making me feel guilty, so I'd better do something!
Now I know this has been answered dozens of times, but for the life of me I can't find the info now that I need it. The formers are each marked with a number of asterisks, two or three or four. Does anyone know if there is a mm or inch equivalent to these? I'm guessing **** is probably 2mm, *** is maybe 1.5mm and ** is 1mm??? It looks like all the slots are drawn the same size, so it's impossible (at least for me) to judge thicknesses from the slot sizes.
Do my assumptions sound about right and do you think it'll make that much of a difference if I'm off a bit?
