Have you considered dropping JSC a line with your wishlist request?
In all my dealings with them they are prompt, helpful and friendly. They may not be able to grant you your wish any time soon, but if several people ask, I’m sure it will work it’s way up the rankings for a reprint/updating. As I understand it, they are in the process of doing this.
