Here is a bit more. All has gone well. Slow, test fitting and head scratching before applying glue seems to be the norm. The picture directions are clear, but in a kind of murky way (!). You can really easily put something in before you are supposed to and get stuck pretty darn fast. Ask me how I know...

Only really hard parts thus far I'm not satisfied with have been the rudder pedals. I could not figure out how they were supposed to really go together and look good. Luckily, they are deep, low and pretty well hidden.

All in all, pretty cool. Gun breaches tomorrow!
