The appearance of the nose down of the B-52 is due to the very large flaps deployed during take off and landing. Those flaps push the center of lift aft causing a pronounced nose down ( to aid visually during landing approach as well as to make sure the plane touched down on all 4 wheel bogies unlike a conventional tri gear plane touching down on the main gear first ).


As to the Whitley wing incidence angle, take a close look again at a side profile.
