The production of the F-39 has not yet started in Brazil, and considering the crisis that the country is experiencing, perhaps these plans will delay somewhat. Gripen is a way better fighter in almost every way, Gripen NG got more advanced avionic, they equipped with AESA reader while Venezuela's Su-30 only have poor PESA onboard, Brazilian Gripen NG even got next generation missiles (IRIS-T and Metor) while Su-30 only have R-77 and R-73(or mostly, poor R-27 and R-73),any air combat between Gripen and Venezuela’s Su-30 gonna end like a turkey hunt.
