Yes Indeed! There must a list of such pirate sites and to alert potential victims from buying such pirated products. The major issue is some countries have not allowed their public to access www freely without using VPN! That is why, the ones who get the full access to www or through VPN are turning as pirates and many sale the downloadable models within their territory for profit.

I also happened to stumble upon South American websites selling my free models once upon a time!
