And here are the bulkhead frames. I have printed the frames on 80 grams paper, and then glued on 1mm cardstock with diluted white glue and a little paint roller. Works well, but be careful that the composite sheet doesn't bend while drying.
And I managed to injure my finger today (a mishap with a fresh and sharp scalpel), so that's bound to slow progress down a bit.
