This scheme was used by this BUFF during a bombardment contest at United Kingdom and surprisingly (not much) RAF Vulcans were the winners. I didn't finish NOBI's SIOP scheme yet (I ruined some laser printed wings!!) and almost complete your Desert Storm Dark Grey recolor and then I'll give this recolor a try.
