You might want to treat yourself to a copy of “The rigging of ships in the days of the spritsail topmast, 1600 - 1720” (catchy title, isn’t it) by RC Anderson. It was written in the 1920’s and remains one of the best sources of rigging details of the time.
The dates are a bit later than the San Salvador but rigging was very conservative and slow to change.
It’s long out of print I think but a quick search found lots for sale online. Might be available in Barnes and Noble in the USA.
