Before I can place the second deck, I first had to place the stairs.


The openings in the deck are precariously close to the edges to be folded so a pair of broad tweezers was used to support the opening while folding the tabs, note as well that this second deck has what many experienced modelers would appreciate, FINGER ACCESS HOLES!


The stairs are not square but veer inward by 3 degrees, they are mirror images so care has to be taken to assure left and right placement, the stairs are added to the deck prior to the deck being secured to the assembly.


Once the deck was nailed down I assembled the two, second deck cabins that are in two pieces to be joined, the corners are rounded so I used a large, carpet needle to form them.
