Thank you Don,

This is a recolor and a reduction to 1/400 of the Schreiber-Bogen-Vorlages in 1/100 (Ju-90V3 D-AURE) with a slight modification of the rudder.
By now you know that I like obscure topics. It depicts one of the planes used by the Fliegerführer Irak, or Flyer Command Iraq. It very likely made a stop in route to Baghdad at Palmyra. There is very limited information about the plane, but a few photographs showing that the rudders had the fin flash only in the exterior. The wing’s markings are an informed guess.
The plane is more likely a Ju-90A-1 since it has the earlier rudder and not the later oval. In any case less than 20 were constructed. They could carry 40 passengers.
More to come, I need to install the propellers and the landing gear.
Happy modeling,

Ps, and thank you for your service!
