Looks like I shouldn't have used those two remaining secondary guns in the aft location. Though the ship is supposed to have some there, it would appear that in this model these remaining two are supposed to be mounted amidships on an upper deck. That would explain why there wasn't any cut-out aft.
Ah well, even if I had spotted this sooner, I still would have put them there. I'll just make two more for that upper location.
