Chris is right. GPM has those detail sets listed
here. Also 3d printed gun barrels, which is too bad they replaced turned brass with plastic, laser cut wooden decks and of course laser cut frames. I don't have this model but it seems SMS GNEISENAU published by GPM and SMS SCHARNHORST released by Dom Bumagi are done by the same author and would be interesting to see if there are any structural differences shown between sisterships.
