Thanks, Gary, Don and Erik! I'm really liking this model. I've always liked the plane and almost got the Hasegawa 1/32nd model of the same, but I'm glad I have this one instead. Pretty darn satisfying.
Tonight I added a leading edge wing root fillet, some stretched sprue push rods, top and bottom cowling scoops and the exhausts. OH! And finished the last couple of front cowl rings. Really all it needs are a couple of details, the landing gear and making a vacuform canopy. It'll be done soon. Now I need a similar Hellcat to go with it!
