Hopefully the fit on this one is better than the earlier versions.
I built the formers with Crescent(R) illustration board. One side covered with 24 lb paper and the other with the formers scanned and printed on 110 lb paper. This results in just under 2mm of thickness. My shoulders are sore from cutting out the parts.
The whole thing is glued together with white tacky PVA, not too carefully applied but filling all gaps. The upper cutout pieces have been treated with CA glue for strength and to prevent delaminating during construction.
Anyway, a couple of days for the glue to dry then I will sand it into submission.
