The wing holding hinges are finished. Unluckily, I used only ~0.5 mm paper instead of 1 mm, so the mechanism isn't that stiff as I'd like it to be. Well, next time...

Is it intended for in-flight only, or will it have landing legs?

I'm thinking about letting different people test different sections / textures - thus the whole testing will get faster and you'll get changed / finalized parts earlier, too.

RodentMaster: just inflight.

I'd love to help out with Beta testing. I haven't built a model in a year,(Life has been hectic, but it's normalizing again) and I am itching to get back in.

Please let me know if you want some help!

Thanks for your offer! I got some testers for the parts already, so I won't be needing your help now. But I'll be glad if you'll build it when it's finished

You know, someone has made a rebel pilot in 1:50 that would probably fit nicely into a full modeled 1:48 cockpit....

This is awesome! I took October off of modeling entirely, this is a very cool project to stumble upon returning! I'd be very keen on building this once done.

That's good news, I don't have to use the picture of my face as a pilot then. j/k I haven't designed the seat yet, since I don't care about the cockpit much and I haven't been thinking about a pilot at all. But if you'll offer a pilot, I'd like to give the seat such shape/dimensions that the little paper guy fit in nicely.

And btw. I can help you with the B-wing after I finish this, if you want. I smell awesome stuff at Christmas time this year :D

Edit2: Ah, you're offering a pilot already. I just haven't build it yet :D
