I hope this isn't a stupid of a question but here goes. Has any one ever made a good detailed model of the Star Gate with it's control(forgot the name of it, sorry). I went search once and couldn't find any thing I would want to build. With all the SuFi items that have been made I thought it odd. Thank for not making too much fun of me. wc

There have been some very decent attempts, but none have been very detailed. Back when SG-1 and Atlantis were still on the tube, I went to their main site and downloaded a developement kit of sorts and was intent on doing one and did indeed come up with a very convincing model, but by the time that the model was detailed enough, it was to complex as a card model and both shows were getting really dry and I lost interest. I've got several different models of the gate room and the gate and there are several different iterations of the above, but there is no real Whiz-bang version that is detailed without being overly so.

I guess that answers question.

It was a great show that just got to a point where it lived beyond it's life span.
